Domestic Shipping (India)

Motorsche ships orders across India using reputed domestic courier partners.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after payment confirmation, provided the product is in stock.

If a product is on backorder, it will be dispatched within 48 working hours after it is received at our warehouse.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary based on the destination:

  • Tier 1 Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 working days

  • Other locations: 7–10 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or regional serviceability.


Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within India.

All shipments are insured during transit to protect against loss or damage.


Delivery Address

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.


Delays & Courier Responsibility

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Motorsche is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Our responsibility is to dispatch the order within the stated processing time.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

You can contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

This timeline is required to process claims with our courier and insurance partners.

Reports made beyond this period may not be eligible for resolution.
