Cancellation & Return Policy
At Motorsche, we strive to offer competitive pricing while delivering a smooth and reliable shopping experience. To maintain transparency, we follow a clear and structured cancellation and return policy.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please act quickly, as we process orders promptly.
- Orders can be cancelled or modified only while the order status is marked as “Order Received.”
- Once the order status changes to “Order Processed,” cancellation or modification is no longer possible, as the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Products purchased under special offers, promotional deals, or clearance sales are not eligible for cancellation.
- These offers are limited in nature and cannot be cancelled once placed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Such requests will be reviewed and processed after verification by our team.
Returns & Refunds
Return Request Timeline
- All return requests must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests must be sent via email with order details and the reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.
Return Eligibility Conditions
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- Product must be new, unused, and uninstalled
- Original box and packaging must be intact
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, barcodes, tags, and invoice must be included
- Manufacturer's seal must not be broken
- The product must not show any signs of installation or attempted installation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products with broken or removed manufacturer seals
- Products that have been installed or show installation marks
- Open-box items where the original packaging has been damaged or destroyed
- Products specially ordered at the customer’s request
- Dashboard frames, wiring harnesses, and steering wheel interfaces.
Customers are advised to ensure that return shipments are securely and adequately packed to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds & Store Credits
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected (typically within 24 hours of receipt).
- Refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credit or a Coupon Code for the original product value.
- If a refund is processed to the original payment method, payment gateway charges will be deducted based on the transaction mode.
- In cases where a promo code or e-coupon was used, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid.
Used promo codes or coupons will not be reissued.
Policy Abuse Prevention
Ordering multiple quantities (more than two) of the same or similar products with the intent to return most of them is discouraged.

Order Cancellations by Motorsche
Motorsche reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Quantity limitations
- Payment verification or fraud detection concerns
In such cases, customers will be informed, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per policy. Motorsche may also request additional information before confirming an order.
