1. Is Motorsche a genuine business?
Yes. Motorsche is operated by Gurunanak Distributors, an India-based business established in 2017. We sell genuine car audio and car accessories through authorised distribution channels.
2. Are the products sold on Motorsche original?
Yes. All products listed on Motorsche are 100% genuine and supplied with GST invoice and applicable manufacturer warranty, unless clearly stated otherwise.
3. Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship orders across India using reputed domestic courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
4. How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after payment confirmation, provided the product is in stock.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
6. What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and supporting images or videos.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only while the status is “Order Received.”
Once the order status changes to “Order Processed,” cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Are returns accepted?
Yes, return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return Policy conditions.
9. Which products are not eligible for return?
Products that are installed, used, have broken seals, damaged packaging, or are specially ordered on customer request are not eligible for return. Certain accessories such as dashboard frames and wiring interfaces are also non-returnable.
10. How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are issued as store credit or a coupon code for the original product value, as per our Refund Policy. Payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
11. Is installation included with the product?
Installation is not included unless explicitly mentioned. We may recommend professional installers, but installation services are handled independently.
12. Will the product fit my car?
Compatibility depends on your car model and variant. We recommend confirming fitment with our team before placing an order to avoid issues.
13. Do you store my payment details?
No. Motorsche does not store credit card, debit card, or banking details. Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways.
14. Do you offer customer support?
Yes. Our customer support team is available via email and WhatsApp to assist with product selection, order queries, and after-sales support.
15. Do you have an offline store or service location?
Yes. We operate a professional car audio installation facility in Pune (Pimple Nilakh) for customers who prefer offline support.
